Breast milk offers the best nutritional start. For the first six months of the baby’s life, breast milk offers the best nutritional start as it is tailor-made to suit the baby’s needs.

 

If breast milk is unavailable, or would like to supplement the baby’s diet, then switching to an age-appropriate milk formula
such as INFALACT is advisable

INFALACT provides:
• Adequate energy to support the increased needs during growth.
• Milk protein that is easy to digest.
• Omega 3 Fatty acids to support brain development.
• Vitamin D, Calcium, Phosphorous and Magnesium to support development of strong bones.
• Iron to meet the daily requirements.
• Carbohydrate that predominantly contains Lactose to provide energy and improve digestive health.
• Taurine helps in absorption of fat, Carnitine in energy production and Choline in fat metabolism and brain development

NOTE: While Starting INFALACT for the first time, begin with one feed per day and gradually increase it.
Each scoop provides approximately 4.5gms of INFALACT.

How to prepare Infalact?
Wash hands before preparing baby’s formula. Wash bottle, nipple and cap thoroughly until no milk remains. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use.

Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, allow to cool. Consult feeding table. Pour exact amount of boiled and cooled water into the bottle. Measure and level the exact quantity of the powder. Refer to the feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for age of baby. Cap the bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. FEED IMMEDIATELY.

Precautions:
• Boiled water must be cooled down to body temperature before adding the powder.
• Use only the enclosed scoop. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive your baby of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.
• Follow preparation instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed.
• Prepare each bottle individually. Formula left in the bottle after a feed must be discarded.
