EXUVIATE
Exuviate is a comprehensive weight management program that is designed for patients with a body mass index greater than or equal to 30. It may also be appropriate for individuals with a BMI of 25 – 29.9 who have other medical problems caused by their weight.
Exuviate is:
A low calorie diet providing less than 1kcal per ml to support weight reduction

INDICATIONS FOR EXUVIATE
Exuviate is indicated as a total diet replacement for liver shrinkage and weight control, prior to bariatric surgery. It is also indicated as a low calorie diet for Weight management program.
DOSAGE
1. For patients with a BMI of 25-30 kg/m2 wanting to lose weight (For long term weight management)
2. For patients with a BMI of 25-30 who requiring significant weight loss (6 Week program)
3. For patients with a BMI of 30 or more (12 week program)
4. For patients with a BMI of 40 or more (12 week program)
Exuviate should be taken once a day as a meal replacement. This should be accompanied by two low calorie meals (350cals each), 2 cups of boiled low starch vegetables, 2 cups of fruits (70 cals each), 1 glass of low fat milk (100 cals) and 2 litres of water.This wil ensure that the patient receives approximately 1200 cals per day.
The length and duration of treatment depends on the lifestyle and weight loss goals.

Exuviate is taken four daily as a meal replacement. This should be accompanied by 2 cups of low starch boiled vegetables, and 2 litres of water. This wil ensure that the patient receives approximately 800 cals per day or less.
HOW TO TAKE EXUVIATE
Please consult your doctor or a dietitian before starting Exuviate. Empty the contents of Exuviate sachet into a glass of luke warm water and drink it immediately. Follow the instructions of your doctor or a dietitian
PRECAUTION
Exuviate should be used under medical supervision, especially if used as a total diet replacement for more than three weeks. Maintain a good fluid intake as recommended by your healthcare professional. Alcohol and excessive caffeine should be avoided as it can lead to dehydration
